We work in concert with our clients’ lawyers, accountants, and other advisors to serve as a trustee for a variety of trusts — including marital trusts and credit-shelter trusts for a survivor spouse and children; charitable remainder and lead trusts; grantor retained annuity trusts (“GRATs”); special-needs trusts; and irrevocable life insurance trusts.
