After graduating from Stonehill College in 2018, with a degree in communications and business, Hailee began her career as the finance manager for a real estate developer in Boston, MA. In 2021, Hailee and her husband moved to Maine and bought their first home. Hailee continued her work as a finance manager for a general contracting / real estate company in Portland, ME, before starting at Spinnaker.

When Hailee isn’t working with Spinnaker’s Real Estate team, she enjoys gardening, trying out new restaurants, spending time with friends, and exploring the woods of Maine with her husband Max and her black lab Teddy!
