Prior to joining Spinnaker’s ESOP team, Serena performed valuations of privately held companies for purposes including ESOP transactions and annual updates, shareholder disputes, estate and gift tax matters, and divorce. Her experience valuing ESOP-owned companies and educating ESOP participants on valuation topics enables Serena to be a resource to Spinnaker’s ESOP clients and their employee owners.

Serena lives in Saratoga Springs, New York, and loves all that New York offers including skiing, kayaking, sailing, and fantastic Broadway shows. As a native of Kentucky and born into a thoroughbred-owning family, Serena loves spending time around horses.
