Her experience valuing ESOP-owned companies and educating ESOP participants on valuation topics enables Serena to be a resource to Spinnaker's ESOP clients and their employee owners.
Serena lives in Saratoga Springs, New York, and loves all that New York offers including skiing, kayaking, sailing, and fantastic Broadway shows. As a native of Kentucky and born into a thoroughbred-owning family, Serena loves spending time around horses.

Dick and his wife Margaret have two grown daughters who are both MDs. One of his proudest moments as a father was watching his elder daughter place the MD hood over her younger sister at graduation. Dick and Margaret live in Falmouth.

A native of Windham, Chris lives there now with her partner, Steve, and their Southern rescue pup, Luna. Chris spent over 10 years as a Vice President at Actuarial Designs & Solutions before joining our ESOP team as a client advisor. Chris and his wife Michelle live in a busy household in Cape Elizabeth with their three children, two cats, Sully and Rosie, and a dog, Millie. They find that the greater Portland environment offers all that a bigger city can, but without the hassle.
Chris loves running outdoors most anywhere, anytime, and exploring Maine’s ocean, lakes and mountains with his family and friends in the summer. He loves living in Maine and embraces all that the state has to offer throughout the seasons.

Shannon spent 15 years working as part of the Client Service teams serving corporate retirement plans. In these roles, she developed deep relationships and consulted and assisted her clients with matters relating to their defined benefit, defined contribution and non-qualified plans. Following that, she worked as part of a Private Banking team assisting families in a fiduciary capacity. She holds a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation.
A recent transplant to Maine, Shannon lives in Cape Elizabeth with her husband and two children. She enjoys being outdoors in all seasons and is excited to live close to beautiful beaches, lakes and mountains.

She is responsible for managing investment portfolios and ensuring that clients receive personalized service tailored to their individual needs. She loves using a combination of analytical and people skills to work with clients to achieve their goals. She has a strong emphasis on personal service, long term relationships and attention to detail.
When Kate is not working, she can be found with her husband sailing the coast of Maine, hiking in the Tetons or gardening in her backyard.

Nancy is a longtime Spinnaker Trust employee. She serves as Executive Assistant to the principals of Spinnaker Trust and the Directors of Real Estate and Fixed Income & Alternatives. She was elected as Secretary to the Board in 2021. Prior to joining Spinnaker, she spent 10 years as a legal secretary at Sheppard Mullin, working in its Orange County, California office.
When not working, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, reading, boating, watching college and pro sports and relaxing at home in Cumberland Foreside.
